Who manages user accounts and permissions in my organisation?
User accounts and permissions in GLBNXT Workspace are managed by your organisation's designated administrator. This is typically someone within your IT, security, or operations team who has been given administrative access to your GLBNXT environment during the onboarding process.
Your administrator is responsible for creating and deactivating user accounts, assigning roles, configuring which AI models are available to which teams, and setting the access boundaries that govern how Workspace is used across your organisation. This ensures that control over your AI environment stays within your organisation rather than being delegated to an external provider.
If you are unsure who your administrator is, check with your IT department or the person who introduced GLBNXT to your organisation. They will be able to point you in the right direction or grant access directly.
For organisations that are just getting started, GLBNXT provides full guidance on setting up the administrator role and configuring your environment during onboarding. If your organisation needs to adjust its administrator setup at any point after that, your GLBNXT account team is available to assist.
